No. You pay a flat monthly price per location and nothing per cover, per booking or per guest. A busy Saturday costs the same as a quiet Tuesday.

Yes, in either direction, from the billing page. An upgrade takes effect straight away and the difference is prorated. On a downgrade we show you exactly which features you would lose first, and nothing you have recorded is ever deleted.
You get 30 days with the FULL platform — every feature in Complete — before anything is charged. At the end of it you choose the plan you want to carry on with. If you decide not to, your bookings and your guest list stay yours — you can export them.
